Refund policy

We hope that you love your Dressed for Dance Purchase but offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item back. This is conditional on the item being returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods.

How to return or exchange your item:

  1. Email us at sales@dressedfordance.co.za with a description of your item and the reason you are returning or exchanging.
  2. Package your item with all original tags with your name and order number. Send to Rosemary Ringshaw via Postnet to Postnet Services to our nearest branch: Postnet, Athlone Circle, Pietermaritzburg, 3201.
  3. On receipt of your return in good order, we will contact you to discuss your available options. In the case of a full refund, we will request your bank details as Payfast keeps these confidential. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for the refund to process.
  4. If you've received your item and it doesn't quite fit right, we will be happy to exchange it for something else from our site depending on stock availability.
